88tb Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our platform. This document constitutes a legal agreement between 88tb and each user.

Important Notice: By using any service of 88tb, you will be considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

01 Introduction and Acknowledgement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 88tb platform and all its services. They form a legally binding agreement between 88tb ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "user").

88tb is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. By accessing, registering on, or using any service of our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

02 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on 88tb, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is only permitted for use by those aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration you must provide the following information accurately:

  • Your full legal name (as per your national identity card)
  • Active email address
  • Mobile number
  • Date of birth
  • Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer)

Registering with false information is strictly prohibited and will result in account cancellation. Only one account per person is permitted.

2.3 Identity Verification

88tb reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. For verification you may be required to provide a copy of your national identity card, passport or driving licence. We may restrict withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

Note: One person may not create multiple accounts using the same name, address, device or payment method. This will be treated as a prohibited activity.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. Sharing your login details with third parties is strictly prohibited.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Our 24/7 live chat support is always ready to assist you. Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited.

  • Use a strong and unique password
  • Always log out after using a public device
  • Report suspicious activity immediately
  • Keep your identity document details up to date

Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account are both considered violations of these terms and both accounts may be permanently closed.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

For depositing funds to 88tb we support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method).

Deposits must be made only from your own account. Depositing using a third-party account or another person's payment method is prohibited. In such cases funds may be confiscated and the account closed.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

  • Withdrawals will be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met

For unusual or suspicious transactions, 88tb may request additional information or documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily held during the verification process.

Note: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Bank transfer processing may take slightly longer.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus wagering requirement is 25x (you must wager 25 times the bonus amount).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer will have its own validity period and conditions
  • Bonus balance is not withdrawable until wagering requirements are completed
  • A user may not benefit from a single bonus offer more than once
  • Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being cancelled
  • 88tb reserves the right to cancel bonuses awarded due to system errors or technical issues

5.3 VIP Program

The 88tb VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback increases as you move to higher tiers. VIP tier benefits may be changed at 88tb's discretion.

Important: Creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or using any other dishonest method to exploit the bonus system will result in all bonuses and winnings being confiscated.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

Once all bets are finalised they cannot be changed or cancelled. 88tb reserves the right to correct the outcome of any bet that was incorrectly settled due to a technical error. Abnormal winnings resulting from a system error may be cancelled.

6.2 Sports Betting

  • All cricket bets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments) will be settled according to the rules of the relevant sporting body
  • If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to 88tb policy
  • In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply
  • No bets will be accepted during technical interruptions in live betting

6.3 Casino Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited. Fishing games, slots, live casino and other game rules are governed by the guidelines of the respective game provider.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88tb platform:

  • Creating and operating multiple accounts by the same person
  • Money laundering or use of illegal funds
  • Bonus abuse or misuse of the bonus system
  • Attempting to hack or access another user's account
  • Placing bets using software bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence
  • Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of games
  • Fraudulent behaviour towards other users
  • Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors
  • Registering using a false identity or documents

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the account being immediately closed, all winnings and bonuses being confiscated, and legal action being taken if necessary.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by 88tb

88tb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
  • Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process
  • Account remaining inactive for an extended period
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity
  • Order from a court or government authority

8.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact us via 24/7 live chat or email for this purpose. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

88tb accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

  • Loss of bets due to the user's internet connection being lost
  • Delays or losses caused by third-party technical errors
  • Account compromise due to the user's own negligence
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government orders, etc.
  • Missed opportunities during temporary platform downtime

88tb shall not be liable under any circumstances for direct or indirect damages, loss of opportunity, or business losses. Our total liability on any single matter is limited to the amount you deposited with us during that month.

11 Responsible Gaming

88tb places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be the cause of personal or financial problems.

  • Only bet money that you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life
  • Do not think of gaming as a source of income
  • Taking a break from gaming is always possible — use the self-exclusion tool

12 Terms Changes

Updated terms and conditions take effect from the date they are published. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page regularly.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint, please first contact us via our 24/7 live chat support or by email. Our support team will work to resolve the issue promptly.

All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the incident occurring. Complaints made after this period may not be accepted. During the dispute resolution process, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

88tb's decisions shall always be considered final; however, we always strive for fair and transparent resolutions. In any complaint, 88tb's game logs and system records will be treated as the highest form of evidence.
